Stag 10 6.5 creedmoor barrel question

I read another post and I liked the users comment "The Stag 10 6.5 creedmoor barrel weighs as much as a small axle"

just curious if we know who makes them? if it's a precision made barrel, or a mass produced Stag 10 heavy barrel?

Rumor has it that the Stag 6.5 creedmoor barrels are made by Ballistic Advantage. Due to the affiliation of the two companies this makes perfect sense although Stag will neither confirm nor deny this.

Specs of the two barrels are extremely similar

And at 75.9oz or 4.74lbs I'd call it a ship anchor.

It does exactly what it’s supposed to do, and it does it well.

That's damn heavy. Get arms east to bring you in a faxon 6.5cm heavy fluted match barrel still about 500 but it's been giving me 0.5 moa and less on my bcl build

I think the problem is length. It takes inches to make powders like H4350 count.
