Stag 10 , 6.5CM 24" , problem with ejection

After reading through I'll still suggest try different ammo.
It does sound like you're overgassed. I would try the simplest solution which you'll probably eventually want anyway is to buy an adjustable gas block and see if you can tune it to run the ammo you wanted.

I would still suggest going with a little lighter projectiles though. 140gr is the heaviest for a 6.5 so since we are dealing with a semi auto I would cut it back to 130gr projectiles, easier on the rifle and still plenty of BC and velocity to get you out to 1000 yards.
I run 130 grain in my Modern Hunter in 6.5 and they work very well.
I was getting very similar results to the pics you show when using the 130 superformance loads though. I think they are just too hot for the rifles operating system.

Keep in mind, we're dealing with a semi auto based on a military design that was designed for 150-175 grain projectiles which is upper/middle of the range for the cartridge. Switching it to 6.5 and going by the same train of thought the 6.5cm semi shooting 140gr is like trying to feed your 308 semi 200 grain projectiles which creates more stress on the rifle and creates a different pressure pulse that does not always work out so well. This is why I only run 130's.
Plus, as much as we all want them to be these are not 1000+ yard rifles. You don't need the heaviest/longest projectile with the best BC available to be able to accurately shoot 300-500 yards.
You could also try running the 120gr projectiles, they have plenty of velocity and BC to still get you out to 800 yards no problem. Stop thinking about it like it's a bolt action and you may have better success.

Don't get me wrong, It does sound overgassed and I'm not saying that there is nothing wrong with your rifle but there are some cheap solutions you can try if you are willing to change your train of though a little.
These are not long range precision bolt actions so we need to feed them accordingly just like the 308 versions, just because it has the twist rate to stabilize a heavy/long projectile doesn't mean the rifles gas system can handle it.

The AR platform is fairly forgiving but they still have their limits and if you end up with a little tolerance stacking you could explain why some rifles seem a little more temperamental than others.

Picked up a Odin adjustable gas block. It solved these issues for me. I did not have to open it up much. Approxiamtely 5 clicks. My gun was over gassed.
