Stag 10 charging handle issues, tab measurement?

Some parts for a stag build are finaly starting to arive, but there is an issue!!!

The charging handle won't fit into the slots in the upper!!!! Im wondering if someone could measure ther tabs on there charging handle to determine if mine is out of spec or if my reciver set is nfg. my tabs are .135" in depth, and it looks more like I would need 1/8" or .125" instead(will make a gage later to check my upper rail depth) anyway if anyone could measure your charging handel like in the pic and post back that would be awesome!

Yeah on my previous build the bcm gunfighter dropped in and worked mint. I bought strike industries extended one and it was a bit tight and the finish was super Abrasive.

haven't had any issues here.
have the radian raptor LT and also had the stag factory ones at first. The raptor is stiff at the latch but otherwise was a drop it fit.

Thanks 2781!!! see where mine whent wrong now, it's as if it didnt get milled right across the bottom side, it steps up right ahead of the tabs and then back down near the latch.... I'll fire off an email to arms east, hardly worth dropping it in the mail though.

Mine on the factory are 3 mm and no issues maybe it's the width 12 1/2 mm across

I know you shouldn't have to fix something that shouldn't need fixing but it sounds like a few minutes with a file would be a whole lot quicker and cheaper than sending yours back and waiting for another one.

That's an odd one. Hopefully just an out of spec charging handle.

yeah it would have to be milled down across its entire length however, by .015"

Ya, I caught that it was the full length when I re read your post after I replied. I first thought you meant it was only at the tabs. I'm not firing on all cylinders today lol...

Oh yeah they have always been quick to respond to issues in the past for me. It's not like I'm out a pile of money. And I'm still waiting on a bunch of other things.
