Stag Arms...Opinions?

I never bought a stag but I was and am still very interested in them. the whole restricted thing though kinda deters me from getting too many ARs

I have a Stag 3G which was bought right after Sandy Hook.
Very well fitting upper and lower, accurate, and reliable.

Continental Machine and Tool (CMT) is the parent company of Stag Arms and has many military contracts.
Gen 1 Noveske uppers and lowers were made for Noveske by CMT.

My Stag 4R would put 10 rounds of match ammo into 1.125". And it did so till I had 20 000 rounds down the pipe, by 23 000 it was pushing 2" and I rebarreled. In 23 00rnds I had less than a half dozen stoppages, and the only mech issue was that I had to replace the trigger after 15 000 rounds and 30 000 ish dry fires.

My Stag was money well spent.

Stag builds good guns. Their parent is CMT, which provides many of the major parts to AR manufacturers across the spectrum, including a number of the vaunted "top tier" makers. They also have an extremely customer service oriented Canadian distributor in the form of Arms East.
