Glorious day, found two of what I've been after!!! The other's Nickel plated, and not officially mine yet, will be by this time next week though. This one's paid for.

Any one know if a reproduction Mark 22 Hushpuppy barrel was/is available?? You know what that would make it...(minus the can of course).

Are you saying Ruger got a SR1911 chambered with 9mm?
Look at the barrel its in .45 and its the new commander model

SCORE #2! I now have a trio of early S&W Autos!!!! I have a funny feeling this is about to get out of hand...
S&W 59 wearing a suit of Nickel from the factory (so they claim anyway, we'll see, regardless I wanted a 59 and now I have one).
Once they get home I'll sit them down for a family photo.

The 39's are really nice if you have med sized hands. My 639 is hands down
the nicest I've owned.Some of the 39's are now restricted. Mine is out by about 0.013" to be reclassified. If I ever get my paws on one (or more) I'll be getting it reclassifed and then show my largess by selling them at a modest profit.
I'm looking for any 12(6) S&W auto's so if you know of any send me a PM. The bank is broken for the moment, but that's only a temporary condition...
