Very impressive results!
I however, do not like taking that much time...With the exception of the inside of the casing, my brass comes out just as shiny after 2 hours in a corncob/walnut mix.
The inside of the casing doesn't clean as well, but that's a non-issue for me with my pistol reloads.

Hahah! well I'm pleased to report that I'm closer than ever to my homemade setup! I've finally got a line on some larger pulleys to reduce my rotational speed. I've also decided to try the gamma lid with a regular pail and see how that goes.
That's why the SS kicks A$$, I have had really grungy range pickups come out looking better than brand new. And no more cleaning primer pockets!!

Damn it where was all this info when I bought my ultrasonic cleaner? Grrr.... Now Im tempted to drop another $350 on my reloading set up....

I will purchase anyone's useless subpar cleaner (ultrasonic) for .10 cents on the dollar, as they don't work worth a darn and you wouldn't knowingly sell someone garbage would you?
If that shiny brass, inside and out, makes you happy...go for it.
But I view that as $350.00 better spent otherwise.
There is no empirical proof of any benefits to cleaning the inside of cases till they are shiny.
Once you seat a bullet, no one but you knows.
Outside is nice to have clean, and it saves your dies, but you don't need brass so bright it hurts the eyes to look at to make top grade ammo. JMHO, Eagleye.

The part that sold me was spotless primerpockets, hated cleaning those. The rest of the inside being clean is a bonus and I don't brush out the necks anymore. Means I can get ammo loaded more efficently.
