Had this gun. Actually since Zastava guns are so often rebranded...i had a 375 H&H in a Interarms mark X....almost certainly a Zastava M98. Solid strong gun...scoped in the 10lb range. More of a rolling BOOOM than a sharp crack of other magnums. Very accurate and solid Gun...sold it to my Cousin when i bought my 375 Ultra.
Mine was wood stocked, handled the BC climate fine...cant speak on West Africa. How would there be a problem, any damage would be trivial compared to hurting a $15K double rifle or real Holland and Holland. Bet they would hold up fine. Not a Bic lighter gun like a Axis...cant be and handle a H&H.
