I was under the impression you can push out more stamp steel receiver firearms fast and cheaper then a milled.

So one reason why the AKs are cheap to produce. But if that is the case, Why are the Swiss Arm series firearm 3-4x more to buy?

Unit cost is dependant on how many units are produced.

Also, there is no way to compare unit production cost with something from a Soviet State factory with that in a Western commercial facility.

Ask yourself is the ONLY variable in the manufacturing of an AK vs a Swiss Arm is where the metal was stamped, and if not, what else is different? and you'll have your answer(s)

Swiss Arms is a 1 moa rifle.
Norinco AK is a 4 moa rifle.
