the attention to detail is superb! Even all the screws are "clocked" the same direction!!

We'll see, I hope you're correct. No company making boutique firearms is going to send a run of the mill gun to the press. Even the Colt's that get sent to press & media shoots are hand-picked for their better than average colour-hardening.

In the first batch, SMfg. f'd up the cone firing pin to frame bushing fitting- (the firing pin was peening and deforming the bottom of the frame bushing).

To their credit they fixed the problem in the first batch of guns - but in a really mickey mouse way.

FYI these guns are dimentionally a copy of a Uberti, the frame and cylinder window are oversize to Colt.
