Can't tell form your post if you're buying or selling. Condition is really important. Noone can give you a value without knowing whether the thing works, and what shape it's in. As you probably know, .25 caliber handguns are "prohibited" in Canada without appropriate licensing. Because of that, the market for these guns is pretty small, making the value less than it would be in a place like the US. The Star Model CO is a fine gun and considered by many as one of the best of the small "pocket" pistols. In Canada it can only be sold to an individual with a proper license.
 
I and the owner know all about thr prohib. stuff and the gun is preperly registered
I am just trying to find if it is a 200$ or a 1K gun. If I could, I would buy it but it is not possible and I would still be nice to keep it away from the melting furnace
 
I agree with Cocked&Locked. It would have to be pretty special to be worth much more than that.
