Jean has shown me a few pictures of some of his rifles. I'm mainly interested in gustloff's so he sent me pics of the 4 Gustloff's he's got on hand.

From what it looks like it's a crap shoot whether or not the swastika's are peened, 2 of the Gustloff's Jean showed me were and the other two werent.

I decided to hold though as te 337 marked Gustloff's Jean has both have the birds peened, but I lucked out and found another beauty (not from Jean) that I'll show off in a couple of weeks.

If someone is quick though, they can snatch up a nice BCD 43 with the swastika's intact from him, it's got a flat buttplate stock, which is not right for a 43 date, but hell they're capture rifles anyway.

Just got an email from jean at P&S the 2 I sent payment for have intact markings

Swastika Eagle Proof mark Intact on the 45 dou

and the Weimar Eagle Proof mark Intact on the 1936 (nazi markngs started in 38)
