I have never reloaded ammunition before.
i want to start doing it to save some money and for the fun of it.

I was told that a Lee Anniversiry kit was a good investment to start with.
what else do i need?

where can i find them?

being a student, my budget is limited.

What are you going to be reloading for? Pistol, rifle, or both? I'll give the Lee turret press a thumbs up for pistol reloading, and the dinky $35-$40 dollar single stage Lee press will work for rifle. You might need to be creative seating bullets though.
 
i will start reloading pistol 9mm
then 45acp

and rifles 7.62x54 if possible

any idea about availibility (where to find) and prices?
 
You could call around to some of the sponsors above to see what they have for gear. Also join the EE to buy/sell goodies. You could check HigginsonPowder too.

Just remember that a single stage press would suck for high volume pistol reloading.
