Starting my first AR build and i have newbie questions

Using an Aero Precision X15 stripped lower i am hoping to piece together an AR that either looks like the C7 i carried through basic training (carry handle and long barrel with A2 style hand guard) Or a hybrid that looks as vintage as i can get (triangle hand guards etc) anyway i would like to include an actual milsurp trigger in this project. One that came out of a real M16 or C7. Is this possible? Should it just go in instead of the commercial one? Do i need any special parts to make this work? Lastly does anyone know where i can find one?

Thats a no go for burst/FA trigger mech. As for making one to resemble a c7, its fairly straight forward. ive seen diemaco products on here before, all were a1 civillian market though.
