Static From Cold Dry Weather A Risk When Reloading?

Don't think so, I use the vacuum cleaner to pick up any spilt powder kernels off the rug by my reloading bench.

I encourage you to read the label on the back of the powder container you are using until you see the warning regarding vacuums.

Well if you don’t let your work area get filthy, I don’t see a problem. If I spilt powder all over the place like a wild man maybe I would put the vacuum away.
