Yup ranger blanket or a poncho liner.Very useful / functional in the field.

I keep one in the truck, thankfully never really needed it

...and near indestructible. My two are still going strong after roughly 30 years.
Abuse them enough and the camo pattern typically washes out to be left with the base green colour.
