I used to use a card reader with my phone and it worked great for the first few months, then out of nowhere any card i plugged into my phone it immediately wiped it clean and i out of luck to recover any of the pictures. If you have any trouble with your setup after a while try the cards in a computer first before plugging them into your phone.
