Steel Action - German straight pull rifle

Not a bad looking rifle, just wondering if anyone has seen any make it to Canada?

They do look nice. They’ve been around for quite a while but I’ve never seen or heard of one over here. Straight pulls do seem to be getting a little more popular though. As far as the currently manufactured European offerings go I’ve seen Blaser, Heym, Chapuis, Rossler and Strasser straight pulls for sale here at various times. But I e never seen a Steel Action or a Lynx.

I had a Mauser M1996 in 6.5x55. It was a straight pull with an AR style bolt. I realllllllly regret selling it. It was plasticy like a Tikka but really fast and fun to shoot. Dumb move getting rid of it. Roessler still makes them.

Hmmm. I could live with that rifle, especially in 8x57 (1st choice) or 6.5x55 or 7x57. That's just me.
