I knew that but wondered for sake of it's use at indoor ranges that ban steel core.I'll bet they are making ammo for military use now.

Given that Luhansk Cartridge Works is currently in Russian controlled "rebel" territory, any machinery not moved out to Russia proper would most certainly be military production.
Any Ukrainian "Dominion" brand is fast becoming hen's teeth.

Good thing I have some put away. The HP works fine on deer.
