The Steiner Innovative Combat Sight (ICS) offers a laser range finder and bullet drop compensation software at the push of the button. This illuminated red dot sight has a fixed parallax at 100 meters and maximum distance measurement range of 800 meters.
The ICS is much more than a regular optic - with onboard laser rangefinder, inclinometer, and illuminated reticle, the ICS allows the user to take into account the range and angle of the target and engage with these factors accounted for without having to make complex calculations or refer to a range card or data.
Because the laser rangefinder (which is eye-safe, and invisible to the human eye at 905nm) is integrated into the sight, to account for the range of the target the user must simply position the target in the reticle and activate the included button on the cable pad; this activates both the laser rangefinder and updates the position of the illuminated red dot in the ICS' reticle. Once the position of the red dot is updated with the range information, the user has only to confirm his point of aim and fire.
The Intelligent Combat Sight features:
Picatinny base on top of the ICS allows for mounting of an auxiliary sight or optic for close-quarters battle
Fixed 6x magnification for better identification of targets
Fully adjustable reticle for windage and up to 120 MOA of elevation
Completely integrated 905nm Class 1 eye-safe laser rangefinder and inclinometer create a complex-yet-simple method of quickly and accurately accounting for the range and angle of the target
Illuminated red dot reticle creates a point of aim with stark contrast and ease of acquisition
Included cable pressure pad for simple control of the onboard target rangefinder
Waterproof and submersible to 10 meters
Integrated quick-detach (QD) mounts mount to any mil-spec 1913 rail
