Why? they are tube fed. why would they ban just the m4 and 1301 and leave other semi auto shotguns?

I used those common ones as examples

They literally ban guns because of looks. Don’t believe me? Look at the gsg-16 and the ruger 10/22. Same caliber, same functionality and both take magazines. They banned the gsg-16 recently.

Have you seen their prohib lists they came out with? They included weapons NO CIVILIAN has ever been able to own.

Nothing about their bans make sense. Don’t think for a second any of your guns are safe because they’re not mag fed or semi auto LOL. The liberals want to ban everything.

I know what you mean, but we are talking about shotguns... as far as i know the last couple lists of bans they have only gone after mag fed shotguns. the m4 and 1301 are tube fed and there are lots of other tube fed semi auto shotguns as well.

2020 OIC bans took down lots of break action shotguns.

You might want to do some research on the 2020 OIC. They literally banned legit bolt action hunting rifles and shotguns. Some of them weren’t mag fed or semi auto.

Im aware there are some weird exceptions. but again we just had two recent bans and it was mag fed stuff as far as shotguns go. Im not ruling out anything if they ban further guns... but they dont have much of list of guns to ban anymore. you think they are going to make a press conference and ban a handful of guns? like the selection of guns we have left is so small...

idk seems pretty crazy and more money to potentially spend on the "buyback"

The 1301 is a quite traditional looking shotgun and after the Carey Price debacle which I believe got enough positive attention that it turned that potential ban around the Liberals might be treading carefully around such bans moving forward.

The M4 is not so traditional so that would be an easier sell, but it is a double edged sword in some ways, just like the average Joe can be convinced that any scary gun is an "Assault Weapon" and "Weapon of War" with enough media cheerleading they will also group any traditional looking shotgun as overreach now that they have been convinced as such.

It is like "Whack a Mole" with guns.

It basically goes like this.

1) Buy a gun / add accessories / setup gun / use gun

2) Gun gets banned by Liberal overlords for political points

3) Select new gun from shorter / crappier list of options

4) Back to step 1 to Rinse & Repeat

Makes you wonder..who is really in the games...is it just the government...
