In keeping with the Steven's tradition of high quality firearms at an affordable price, Savage Arms introduces the 512 Gold Wing over/under shotgun. The 512 Gold Wing adds the modern touches today's value-conscious shooter demands in a well-built, reliable over/under shotgun. The model 512 is a lot of gun for the money and offers many features usually found only on guns costing much more. Crafted by Turkish craftsmen to Savage's precise specifications, the Stevens Gold Wing box-lock action over/under is laden with the features shooters desire: chrome-lined barrels, brass mid-rib bead and front sight, a gold-plated single selective mechanical trigger, - featuring mono-block construction. The single selector switch is integrated into the tang-mounted safety - and mounted right where field shooters like it to be. The 12, 20, and 28 gauges each comes with 5 screw-in choke tubes, while the .410 has fixed M/IC chokes. No matter which the model the consumer chooses, all frames are scaled precisely to the gauge for superior balance.

This Stevens over/under has luxurious touches not expected in a shotgun in this price range - black chrome, sculpted receiver with a raised gold pheasant, and laser engraved trigger guard and forend iron. The Turkish walnut stock is also lavishly laser engraved with fleur-de-lis checkering on the side panels, wrist, and Schnabel forend - and is finished in satin lacquer.
