Where can one buy an aftermarket heavy barrel for a Stevens 200...and what are they worth?

any barrel that fits a normal savage will fit a stevens.

lots of choice, Mystic has pre chambered barrels ready to screw on.

If you're on a budget, you might also luck out and find a new (or newish) take-off from a Savage target or varmint rifle. Those should be much cheaper than new aftermarket.
