Anyone have any pics of there synthetic stocks that they've did over on there own? Thinking about doing mine but am kinda hesitate(scared to screw it up) From what i've been told you cannot screw it up! Wouldnt mind seeing a few pics either guys if ya got em!

Thanks Boys!

I did my M14s stock, the kyron painting went good, i took my time and it looked awesome! Then I started the clear coat, got alittle to ahead of myself and touched it to soon and wrecked the finish! Good learning experience, will cost me another can of paint, plus more paint stripper, but not a big deal and gives me an excuse to play with it some more :D

I did my SPS, pretty hard to screw up...

Krylon Fusion Tan and OD Green. No chipping, so far so good! Really makes a difference when compared to the gray stock. Also if you make sure you sand the seams down on the rifle it really makes a huge difference.

Ya i was in at Kent's today looking at the Krylon Spray Paints. They got 4 different cans of camoflague....Black, kayki, olive and brown. Not sure what pattern i wanna go with.

Yes, Stevens 200 action and Stock.
Krylon primer, Krylon Olive Drab, and Krylon matt sealant/hardner. $18 for all 3 cans and you can do a lot of painting with them.

Where can we get the Krylon spray paint ? Auto-part store , Canadian Tire , some kind of hardware store ? Do you have to let it dry between each coat ?

Sea-Bass - you can also get it at the CO-OP. By the way, Rona carries a "webbing" paint - if you want to mimic the look of an HS Precision.
