Stevens 300 - any difference from the Savage Mark II?

I notice they look almost exactly the same on the Savage website, although the Stevens is 1/4" longer. Are there any other differences? Are the parts interchangeable?

I believe the Stevens lacks the accutrigger, which is the selling point for the Savage Mk II.

Differences

The Mark II used the Accu-trigger and has a bit different mounting for the trigger assembly.

If you are going to buy one, DEFINITELY buy the Mark II. The difference in price is well worth it to get a good trigger system. The Mark II trigger is also adjustable within limits, and this is a plus when it comes to accuracy.
