I know that there not an orig Ithaca 37 but I just wanted some opinions on it or should I just wait it out for the Grizzly 8.5". Gonna be used as a quad/truck gun. Thanks Rifleman.

no issues with mine, shot a mix of 00buck, slugs and trap loads cycled them all without any issues, but as mentioned the trigger pull is pretty heavy

I shot dudley's and Heavy trigger pull is an understatement. It was the worst trigger I have ever experienced on any firearm. I would say that a 12-15 lb trigger pull would not be too far off.

I've never owned either, but it seems that the people that have the DA are happy with the DA, and people that have the Stevens are happy with the Stevens. It's probably more a matter of taste than anything else... I believe the DA is based off the 870, and it's my understanding that there are a lot of parts available for them, even from the sponsors of the forum. Not certain about the Stevens, but I suspect they offer some choices, and you may be able to adapt parts from the Norc or Ithaca.

The Stevens 350 is good to go as is. Put a single point sling on it and go(doesn't have to be fancy). The Tacstar Ithaca M37 sidesaddle does line up, but the Stevens 350 is all metric. If anyone can tell me the thread of the machine screws, please do. Savage doesn't know, at least those I have talked to. I don't have access to a metric die set.

Maybe replacing the recoil pad with a Limbsaver grind to fit may come to mind, but really it is heavy enough to absorb the recoil.

Also you should try a TNW Browning 1919A4 if you want to know horrid trigger pull. Yes horrid. The reset isn't bad tho.

IF you looking for a side saddle that will fit then have a look at our DSC shiotshell holder

No thanks. The one I have will fit I just lack the knowledge of what thread the metric screws are.

Those may come in handy for a butt-cuff tho, and I think it may be just the ticket for my tacticool bolt gun.

Just sent an EMT for a Stevens security 350 from the EE this morning. Now.... there is some kind of Side Saddle I can get for this you guys are mentioning? If not I guess a neoprene rear stock shell holder would work. Just for camping and bear country while flyfishing
