stevens sxs 20 guage price?

its a stevens 20 guage sxs made by savage. I am told it takes 2 and three quarter and three inch shells it is used and in excellent shape i have no idea how old it is . what would be a fair price for this gun ?

there is one on gunbroker.com (20ga 311H) just over 1 day left starting bid $200 and they havn't got it yet. Should be worth $200-$300. Blue book value 95% condition $185 add 20% for 20ga.

Condition IS everything, gun for gun and model for model in determination of fair market price. Excellent is usually taken to mean in virtually NEW condition, unaltered in any way, used, but very little, with only the most minor handling marks.
