ok i have a winchester 2400, but looking to possibly make a trade for a stevens 12 ga pump for 225 dollars. what is everyone's thoughts on the stevens pump.
reason for trading i have a savage axis .30-06 really good for the price, and a savage 64 .22 semi works great no probs. just thinking of keeping up with savage.

Which one?

There is a 320 and a 350.

I have a 350 with Ghost Rings and have done a trigger job to it, which is a must with the 20 pound factory trigger.

Since that it has been an awesome gun.

Can't beat it for what it cost me, and it shoots the cheap winchester slugs pretty accurately to 50m.

Gonna be my deer gun this year!

picked up the stevens today it's a 350. traded my winchester 2400 for it.

On the BB so I can't post the link, but it is really quite easy to improve that trigger, from the ridiculous trigger pull it comes with.

nice the vid that you have i actually just watched very informative and your write up with a little more time on my hands might give it a go but wanna see what it is like first unmodified

I have the 350 combo ...
I have also had problems with it not coking after shouting a low recoil slug,it jams up... will a softer trigger fix that problem as well?
