The AUG was added to 12.4 as a result of a lawsuit, initially it was prohib and to be seized/destroyed.

Classified as "Prohibited"... we submitted this to RCMP when they first came out and Ottawa ruled the MSAR as a Variant of the AUG.

If everyone gets behind Henderson (see sig line) all of these 'Administrative Decisions' about 'variants' of full auto military rifles could be subject to impartial review, doesn't that sound like fun!!!

When I bought my Chinese 762x39 AKS it was Non-restricted. If I never obeyed the law and registered my AKS the goverement would have never known I had such a gun. So it went from non-restricted to restricted to prohibited in about a year. Shows you gun-control laws are only for the law abiding.
