Totay i did settle on one tailored best load in the 350 gr range, i started to get pressure signs at 59.4 gr of H-322, cci BR-2, COL 2.600, so i did set up at 59.3 gr wich did give my best group and no signs i did post group picture of my best load it is a .85 at 100 metres with an average over the chrony of 2331 fps with 5 of SD, at 59.5 and 59.6 pressure signs were evident and extraction was hard, after all it give me over 4200 pounds of energy, this is quite an improvement over factory stuff, i put it on the strong configuration of the Steyr rifle, i guess i am now in big bear territory... Cheers. JP.

Just finish reloading 50 of my Big bore 450M best loads, range time is almost over for this year, caribou winter hunt is around the corner and if it start snowing, snowmobile season to i might pull my rig out of the gunsafe for our family annual Black bear hunt at the lake next spring, another one ready for action... Cheers.JP.

Thats a cool gun and some good shooting. If it were me id try a different powder or back off that load a bit till the brass slid out easily after firing. But thats a good start for sure.
