help please. I bought STEYR M95 with S Marked recently. What caliber and is it worth reloading an ammo? Thank you in advance.

8X56R. If you plan on shooting it much, yes reloading is an option. Your only real source for ammo is Prvi (PPU) stuff, about 30$ a box. Bullets are .329

"S" on the barrel will mean 8x56R. Brass is available, as is a mould from LEE. Above post states Privi Partizan ammo is available.

Thank you, highly appreciated. Master Visa is warming up...

Do the number's on the bolt match the receiver, barrel?
When ever I bought a non matching set I'd tie it into an old tire and fire 5rds thru it to make sure it was safe.
Never had a blow up

Thank you for the warning... Bolt is not match to the receiver and barrel.

If shooting cast sometimes .338 bullets are better than the .330 if the grooves are a little generous. At least you can make them smaller.
