Steyr MPi 69s??

Hadn't thought about MPi 69s for ages, but was uploading an old (1978) Steyr catalogue and there they were. Does anyone know if these ever made it into Canada in any form?

I think that Armand (Arm & Gun) has a 12(2) Full-Auto example that he won from Switzer's Auction about a year ago.
