I have a Steyr Model S which has had a bad stock refinishing job sometime in its past - made in 1974. I would like to strip and refinish but I'm having trouble removing the the front sling attachment pin. There is a washer in the barrel channel that seems to be fixed in a permanent way to the pin. Any ideas on how to detach the pin would be appreciated. Thanks...Y
