I found this..... I didn't realize that there exists a God that answers our prayers.... we can get an STG 44 that fires all our SKS rounds... I guess our AR's will be getting less action if this manages to come up....

Sorry folks. The STG confuses me as a Black Rifle (the original black rifle), a Main Battle Rifle (though it doesn't use .30-06 etc.) or even a Red Rifle (the new one will eat all your SKS rounds)... so I picked this sub forum and I hope I didn't post in the wrong place... or maybe I should post this in all of them hahahaha.

Now, one of those I would buy - depending on price, of course. Don't like 22's.

It's still very early in the manufacturing. The pictures above are computer generated and we'll see what happens later on this year.. then it will take a while for this to come up to Canada and of course we'll need a performance review from our neighbours in the south that will let us know how she runs and how she shines. But this is new hope for anyone that does not like the .22.

Would make a nice yote gun :) Dnr officers would love to see me coming around with this after the #### fit they took when they spotted my T97 lol

Isn't the barrel length of these rifle 16.5" thus making it restricted??

Aye, I posted a link to the same site when the .22LR version came down.
An importer/dealer up this way would be wise to maybe contact the company before the machines start turning to make an 18.5" barrel for future import to Canada.

Keep it under $900 and they would sell really really well I would imagine since our beloved CZ858's have been taken by the state.
Especially with LAR x39mm pistol mags.....

I would personally sell a gun or two immediately to fund one.
