I doubt that very much. It is completely different with the exception of the trigger group.

Nothing strange, the US still has an import ban on assault rifles, this being the father there of kinda makes it make sense.

yes and no

it needs to have x amount of us parts no biggie you make a usmaed hammer and trigger and maybe the sights

then its NOT a banned assault weapon

If the receiver and barrel were manufactured in the USA for the BD44 it would be legal in the USA.

You need 10 or less IMPORTED parts parts on it. Receiver and barrel arent eneugh. Again this is due to the import ban basically making the gun un-importable making what I originally said still correct.
