STI 1911 and Llama. 45 cal parts interchangable ?

Is there a website or book that lists how interchangable 1911 parts are?
Does anyone know if a slide stop from a STI 45 cal 1911.. will work in Llama 45 cal 1911...
I read somewhere on here that most of the parts are to built to Colt specs for a 1911 45cal Llama... except the grip screws ??

Not all Colt or the like parts will fit in a Llama. Forget which ones, but it's more than just the grip screws, as I recall. In any case, most parts require fitting. Very few are drop in parts.

No Llama parts will not work on a STI or most other mil-spec 1911 guns. the Llama is an odd ball gun in this case.

STI 1911 & most other mil-spec 1911's will swap with some too no minor fitting.

Llama built a number of pistols that resembled a 1911, but didn't have any parts that interchanged. They have a poor reputation.
