press in only near the top on either side with a pair of plyers, to make the channel slightly narrower,...you could also try smoothing up the bottom of the slide release where the mag follower contacts it,..the smoothing of that part on a piece of 1200grit laid flat takes off a small amount of material. I did this and have so far had no problems. IF you can just barely see the follower up-side-down "U"gap from the top ( sticking up out of the mag body )it is probably pressed in enough. Take a pair of plyers to the range and just press in a little at a time,.load a few rounds and to a function check till'you get it right.
