Latest update on the GP-6 is they're arriving in Texas this month.

I'm going to safely say they will be arriving in Canada in November.

With the GP6, STI International, Inc. delivers a compact SA/DA polymer pistol which serves equally well either on or off duty. With its integrated tactical rails, it is equally suitable for Military, Law Enforcement or Civilian carry.

Built on a light weight, highly durable polymer (Polyamide GF 30) frame, the GP6 incorporates integrated tactical rails and textured side panels, front and rear straps. The GP6’s all steel slide is tri-topped with front and rear cocking serrations and features a fixed 3 dot sight system. The controls consist of ambi-thumb safeties, an ambi–slide release, firing pin safety, and a user configurable magazine release for equal ease of use in either right or left handed configuration. The barrel is 4.25” in length featuring an innovative rotational lock up system. Long term durability testing units have fired more than 110,000 shots without any change in internal geometry. The GP6 comes standard with a storage case, 2 magazines, and sight keys.

The GP6 is available exclusively in 9mm.

If you want one from the first shipment, put your name on the wait list by emailing me.
(PM'ing and posting here won't work, sorry.)

Update:
They're in the USA.
Our Shipment comes late November.
First Shipment will include 40 of these.
I'm half sold out on pre-orders at this time.

I'm in for one. If you didn't get my E-mail Sean, please hollar.

As for the safety, considering most will be used in production, I'd rather have the plug and delete the safety.

As an added bonus, the dollar is creeping back up. Perhaps Seans landed cost will be favourable.

Yep, got your emial, just slow on the response. Sorry.

Yes, thank heavens, the dollar has started to come back yesterday let's hope its climb up is as big as the dive it took.

Are these different in any way from the Grand Power equivalent?
Better in any way?

One key difference is this model is legal to take into the US. That may not matter to 90% of the target market, but it matters to moi.

If the trigger is only as good as my 2004 manufactured K100, I'll be happy. There have been mutterings that the double action trigger may be lighter, but we'll see.

I've got mine on order.

Does Freedom Venture have a shop people can stop by? Or is it mail-order only? I'm only 4 1/2 hours from halifax, and I go there often.

Sean operates from a van parked down by the river. If you stumble across a pile of empty KFC and Timbit boxes, just wait. He'll be on a Timmys run but will be right back.

(sorry, couldn't resist)

Sorry, No. My primary business is wholesale, with mail order retail as a side. I have a warehouse operation that is not visitor friendly and frankly, based on the inventory that I keep onsite, the less people that know the physical location; the better. I open AMA's IPSC practice nights every Wednesday night in Dartmouth and am the Match Director for the majority of AMA IPSC matches every few weekends. If there's something someone local needs to handle, I'll bring it along to AMA when I am there.

That's good,:dancingbanana: but despite my Canadian Heritage, I've never had any use for the Tim Hortons chain of stores... (Unless I owned one, that is...:D)

I don't have any use for them either. But that might be due to the fact that in Fort McMurray its usually a half hour wait just to get a coffee at the 2 yes only 2 tim hortons in town.
