looks to me (from yr first pic) that you have more like a mag follower problem,
bullet is not centered with the feed ramp, it's nosed more on the right side....just my 2c
They look like maybe Hornady XTP or possibly Montana Gold.
The pic is a little fuzzy, but it looks like the bullet might be seated a bit too deep and maybe not enough crimp" Not criticizing your reloading- just an observation and maybe not quite accurate...

I personally think the truncated cone shape on a 45acp does not work very well. Its worked well in other calibers, but not the 45acp.
I think the overall projectile shape should be more rounder like std FMJ ball ammo, to reduce feed issues.
Just looking at these examples I would guess that that Hornady and Hydra shock jam often. And yes they do. The Remmington is my goto ammo for my 45. ( Corbon would if I can get more )
