Had been having troubles for some weeks , primer bar would go back and then stick, tap it and it slid forward (quickly) sometimes ejecting the primer, took it about about 759 times looking for issues, cleaned, buffed, nope. one call to Dillon yesterday, 60 seconds and i was off the phone. they note that the two screws that go up through the primer tower and secure it to the machine only have about 1/8 of a wall on the inside. they guessed that after many tens of thousands of rounds and many removals of the screw and retightening of them that the screw holes were probably pressing toward the inside and causing the binding. 2 strokes of a small file is all it took. flawless simple fix, Oh and they decided I probably could use a new primer bar spring so are sending it. All advice lines and warranties should be so good.

Good info, thx. I've had mine get sticky and had to clean it and lube with dry powder lube. I'll keep an eye out for this now too. - dan
