another possibility is if the case neck has become thicker,your expander plug may be distorting the shoulder of the case on the return stroke on the press.reading your post it really does sound like you are in the +p pressure range.

I still say that a case gauge is the simplest way to rule out dimensional problems with your brassassuming the chambe ris to specification.
For the money spent getting you up and shooting another $40.00 isn't a deal breaker.
A chamber casting would be a good idea considering the Savage 110BA has had chamber issues in the past.
