I have an sticky x bolt that needs an attention.
After speaking to Browning service centre, they told me to contact reliable gun.
I live 3 hours from your store and my available days to drop it off are Sundays and Mondays. your store is also closed on those days.
is there a way to have browning create a shipping label?

Keep calling.

They are great to deal with and sometimes they are busy. I usually wait 15 ish minutes between calls cause sometimes the lines are full.

That said I am sure they will respond here.

Please send us an email to orders@reliablegun.com with the Make, Model, Calibre, and Serial # of the firearm to get the process started. Our phones ring from the time we open, until the time we close every day, and we only have so many lines. We have staff dedicated to just answering emails, and also allows us to have a papertrail with all the pertinent information for processing the warranty claim.
