Sticky : The CZ / Bolt action rimfire picture thread !

The wind was gusty and blowing right to left that day at 20-25km/h or so.

50 yards this was the best grouping I got. I ran out of 17gr vmax so not sure how it shoots at 50 but at 25 its all one hole. Shot federal tnt as well at 50 and it grouped about .4-.5"

hornady 17gr vmax at 100 yards. Didnt really try much at 100 due to the wind but that was the best that I got before the wind picked up a bit.

Mostly wanted to get it sighted in and then plink some. Not really that big into getting extremely small groups. I shoot to have fun and while small groups are good, in reality minute of gopher is plenty good enough. Needless to say I am very happy with the cz.

Hey guys,

I just recently got my hands on a CZ BRNO 511 semi auto 22LR. From the left side of the receiver is marked a 72. I'm assuming this means it was made in 1972. Apparently there aren't many of these rifles around, and the magazines are IMPOSSIBLE to come by. The stock has very minor scrapes, and there is a little bit of blueing scratched off on the barrel. The scope rings are made by CZ for the 11mm dovetail. And the scope is a Bushnell .22 Rimfire, 3-9x zoom. Overall I am very impressed with the build of this rifle. I also have a CZ BRNO Model 2-e out at the farm. I don't have pictures of that one but I will get some next time I'm out there.

I haven't shot this rifle yet, but if its anything like the Model 2, I will fall nothing short of impressed.

I am not a very good photographer. These are simply from my cell phone with its flash on. -
