very cool Diopter. Can you outline a bit of his story for the bilingually challenged?
First time he shot he was 20yrs old. Was helping out selling ammo at a match and a shooter asked him if he wanted to try it. He said yes and has had the bug ever since.
First medal was the 1938 Bern Fieldshoot, one of the military shoots, first of hundreds of medals over the years. Well known throught the canton and willing to help beginners with common mistakes.

I've seen too many older shooters like him die off over the years at my Swiss Rifle club.
Great gentlemen who did not care if you spoke English, French, German, Italian or Romanisch, so long as you loved shooting.
