Still havn't recieved my PAL app

Well it's been a month and a few days since I mailed all my PAL paperwork, and according to the website they still have not recieved it. So should I call and see what the deal is or what? I am in Ontario and I understand that it takes time, but I think they should have recieved it by now. What are your thoughts. And what is the number to call? Thanks
 
Call!!! My wife was approved for hers and waited 6 weeks and no delivery. Phoned and complained and they reissued...week later she had it. Sometimes you gotta....stir the pot!
 
Did you send it regular mail? For $5 you can send it xpresspost with a tracking number. They had mine in 2 days from Alberta. Call them, you may have to resend it all. 1 800-731-4000
