STILL looking for a holster for a Beretta 92.... suggestions?

because I'm looking for a holster for a Beretta 92S.

The fact that it's a 92S- one of the recent Italian surplus units- indicates that I'm cheap, er, frugal.

And I really don't know what to get, on a budget, that would be safe, etc etc for use down at the range.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

P.S., what do you want it for, just to carry at range, or for competition/ a uncle mikes nylon one would work, and they are not much money.

Thanks for all the replies. Would be for range use. Probably not the 'ideal' pistol for PPC , but it's what I've and am considering using.....

I stumbled on a company in the States called Alien Gear. They make an awesome concealment hybrid (leather/ Kydex) holster for dirt cheap. And has a lifetime warranty!
