I'm not sure what you mean. :confused: If you challenged 2 weeks ago, you couldn't have received (the test results, I assume) in 4 weeks, you'd still be waiting for those...

As for the licence, I believe CFC just holds your application for 28 days (4weeks), then starts processing, so it would be 4weeks plus the actual processing time.

Sorry, I received it after 4 weeks (which was 2 weeks ago). This means I challenged 6 weeks ago.
 
You should get results sometime in the next few weeks,...unless they change the rules again, in which case all bets are off....
