I ordered one of their Elite muzzle brakes a few weeks back. Waited about a week for shipping confirmation (after having my CC charged), and never got any. Emailed, and found out that due to a website issue the item wasn't actually in stock and it would be a month or more before it would be available...
Needless to say, I got a refund.

I'm still waiting on some mags and a grip from their boxing day or Christmas sale. They told me one of the items wouldn't be in until some time in Feb. I told them to keep the order. Think the grip was back ordered.

It could look like a non-disclosed pre-order but I don't think it was the case.
On our order MDT paid for 3 shipments. The two extra shipments probably cost them as much as the items inside.

A lot of people are conflict adverse and picking up the phone to talk to somebody about how they haven't held up their end of a transaction isn't fun to start with.
The customer service problem here isn't that they didn't answer his call, it's that he has to call to complete an order which clearly failed to execute through no fault of his own.
Caveat Emptor - Do business with vendors who charge your credit card when they ship and not when you order.

We are sorry you had this experience with us, the website has since been updated and will now allow orders on out of stock products.
