I bought my Stiller TAC 30 from Ian and would recommend dealing with him again. I regret not buying my stock from him, but a McMillan EDGE m40a1 stock will do for now. The barrel is a Krieger from Obtunded (#5 with 10 flutes 25" long). The bottom metal is HS and works great for 4 round capacity with the 6.5x47 it's chambered for.
The action, timney, .3" lug, and 20 MOA base came in just under 1000 at the time delivered. I should have bought two (oh, wait I did and TangoKilo has the other one).
The target is the break in rounds with Lapua 123gr Scenars. It shoots 130gr Bergers just as well.
