I emailed Robertson about availability. Would the stiller stainless predator seem like a good bet? Does it have a detachable mag? (I have to coordinate stock purchases for dtach and non detach.

Would the mag kit be purchased separately? Would using a detachable mag lower accuracy?
The predator doesn't come with a mag kit. it is on their website.
They are inletted for either a regular remington magazine or can inlet it for AICS mags.
You could either go with the regular remington bottom metal or something like a vbull, badger, ATRS, etc bottom metal, mag kit.
Well, single shot are known to be more accurate, but for repeaters I don't think it would have that huge of a bearing on accuracy, especially if you went with a good kit such as those listed above.

Well for what its worth, I ordered a Stiller TAC 30 from Ian in April of last year.The bolt last time I heard from Jerry Stiller(Christmas time) was still out getting coated.
I suspect that it may show up in the next month or so. BTW I ordered a left hand action.
