Hi guys,

I'm looking for some resources on how to strip and reassemble the bolt on my m38 640 Husky and how to take apart the trigger. Any advice and resources would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Cheers.
Matt

1) Close the bolt inb the cocked position.
2) Put flag safety in the up position.
3) Open bolt, thumb open the bolt release and withdraw the bolt from the receiver leaving the flag safety up.
4) While making sure hte flag safety remains up, unscrew the bolt shroud counter-clockwise until it comes off the back of the bolt.
5) holding the assembly by the bolt shroud, press the bolt's firing pin tip down on a hard surface until the cocking piece clears the back of the bolt shroud. With your other hand, twist the cocking piece 90 degrees and pull it off the firing pin. Slowly release the spring pressure and the firing pin will come out the front of the bolt shroud.
6) put the flag safety over the the right and slide it out the back of the bolt shroud.
7) slip the firing pin spring off the firing pin.
8) rotate the claw estractor on the empty bolt body to the right until it slips up out of the groove it rides in near the bolt head.
9) push the extractor off the extractor collar in a direction away from the bolt handle.

DONE!

The trigger comes off the bottom of the receiver by drifiting out the trigger pivot pin. It's under spring pressure, so be careful ;)
